Our Investment Management strategy covers acquisitions, receiverships, development, project planning, concept development, asset management and risk management.
We strive to ensure that every project is undertaken to a successful end.
Our goal is to adhere to a managed growth model that allows us to concentrate our greater services to a small number of hotels, hereby providing optimal resources and unrivalled property \u2013 to \u2013 project team ratios.
Right from pre-purchase we undertake due diligence and initial determination of acquisition criteria through negotiations to the closing of the purchase transaction.
The TMM Hospitality Ltd team assists contracted clients through every aspect of the acquisition process.
We undertake a hands-on approach together with investors, lenders and asset managers to develop strategic capital, operational and exit strategies. We capitalize on our networks and personal relationships to link potential investors with the strongest assets.<\/p>\n
